Privacy Policy — Zuple: Schedule Planner

This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our mobile application distributed via Google Play. It is published to meet transparency expectations for users and app stores, including Google Play’s requirements for apps that collect or share user data.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the App. It does not control third-party services (for example, Google Play or Firebase), which have their own policies.

2. Information the App processes

2.1 Information you create in the App

The App is designed to help you manage tasks, categories, notes, reminders, and related planner content. Your Content is primarily stored on your device using local storage (including a local database). We do not operate a user account system in the App as described here unless we separately notify you.

2.2 Device permissions

Depending on your version of Android and your choices, the App may request permissions such as:

  • Notifications — to show task and reminder alerts.
  • Exact alarms/scheduling — to schedule reminders at specific times.
  • Run at startup (boot completed) — to reschedule reminders after the device restarts, where supported by the OS.

You can manage many permissions in your device settings. If you deny certain permissions, some features may not work.

2.3 Automatically collected diagnostic and usage data (third-party SDKs)

We use Google Firebase services in the App, which may collect certain information automatically to help us understand usage and improve stability:

  • Firebase Analytics may collect information such as app interactions, device identifiers, and general device/app information.

  • Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash logs and related diagnostic data (which can include device model, OS version, and stack traces).

  • Firebase services are provided by Google. Learn more in Google’s documentation and policies for Firebase/Google Analytics.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide core App features (tasks, reminders, calendar-related views, settings).

  • Maintain and improve reliability and performance.

  • Analyze aggregated usage trends and diagnose crashes.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

If laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on bases such as: contract/necessity (providing the App), legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement), and consent where required (for example, certain analytics or notifications, depending on implementation and region).

5. Sharing

We may share data with service providers that help us operate the App, including Google (Firebase). These providers process data under their terms and (where applicable) data processing terms. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

6. International transfers

If you are outside the country where our service providers operate, data may be processed in other countries, including the United States, subject to applicable safeguards where required.

7. Retention

On-device data: remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App, subject to Android backup settings.

Analytics/Crashlytics data: retained according to Firebase/Google configuration and policies.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the App. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us, and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at [innovistatech123@gmail.com]. You may also use device settings to reset advertising/analytics identifiers where available, and manage notifications.

11. California residents (CCPA/CPRA summary)

If California law applies, we do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are commonly defined for CCPA/CPRA in typical analytics/crash reporting setups described here, except as disclosed. You may contact us to exercise applicable rights.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy, except where prohibited by law.

13. Google / third-party links

The App may link to third-party sites or open system features (for example, email clients or the Play Store). Their practices are governed by their own policies.
