These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile application offered by Simple Fun Apps Studio. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable app store rules (including Google Play’s terms).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the App unlawfully or to harm others.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law allows.
Interfere with the App’s security or operation.
Use the App to transmit malware or unauthorized data collection from others.
4. Your content and responsibility
You are responsible for Your Content (tasks, notes, reminders, attachments metadata, etc.). You represent that you have the rights needed to store and use Your Content. We do not claim ownership of Your Content stored on your device.
5. Third-party services
The App may rely on third-party services and SDKs (including Google Play services and Firebase). Your use may be subject to third-party terms and privacy policies.
6. Notifications and device features
Reminders and notifications depend on device settings, battery optimizations, manufacturer restrictions, and OS behavior. We do not guarantee delivery at a specific time.
7. Updates and changes
We may update the App or these Terms. Material changes may be communicated as required by law or via in-app notices/store listings. Continued use may constitute acceptance where permitted.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App where reasonably necessary. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Google Play
If you obtained the App through Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and Google’s applicable policies.
